Pinkspot is a social enterprise dedicated to empowering women in Tanzania's transportation industry. We identified a significant gap in public transportation, where women drivers are underrepresented compared to men. Our goal is to bridge this gap by providing women with the resources, training, and support they need to succeed in the transportation sector.

At the core of our mission is our asset loan program. We offer affordable financing options for motorcycles (known locally as "boda boda") and three-wheelers (known as "Bajaj"), with manageable down payments. This program makes it possible for women to own their vehicles and start their transportation businesses with minimal financial barriers.

As a for-profit social enterprise, we reinvest our earnings back into our community of women drivers, continuously improving their working conditions and opportunities. Through our comprehensive approach of financing, training, and support, we're not just providing vehicles – we're fueling dreams and driving change in Tanzania's transportation landscape.
